Credentials: M.M. in Hospitality (Cornell University), Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS), 15+ years experience with Aman Resorts and Four Seasons Hotels.
Bio: Aria’s vision for luxury travel was forged in the world’s most exclusive properties. After a distinguished career managing five-star resorts across Southeast Asia, he returned to his native Indonesia with a mission to create a tour company that operated with the same precision, personalization, and service excellence as a world-class hotel. Aria founded Indonesia Private Tour Curators under the Juara Holding Group to fill this void. He personally oversees our partner selection methodology and maintains relationships with property owners and community leaders across the nation, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled access and care.
Dewi Lestari
Head of Curation & Cultural Heritage
Credentials: B.A. in Anthropology (Universitas Gadjah Mada), Certified ASITA Tour Guide (HPI), Specialist in Javanese and Balinese Intangible Heritage.
Bio: Dewi is our cultural soul. Born into a family of artists in Yogyakarta, she possesses an innate understanding of the intricate tapestry of Indonesian culture. Dewi leads the team that designs each bespoke itinerary, weaving together history, art, spirituality, and adventure. She has spent years documenting oral histories and traditional ceremonies, and her network includes royal courtiers in Solo, master weavers in Sumba, and spiritual leaders in Bali. Captain Budi Santoso
Director of Logistics & Safety
Credentials: Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), former Captain at Garuda Indonesia (20 years), IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) trained.
Bio: Safety and seamless logistics are paramount in an archipelago of 17,000 islands. Captain Budi brings decades of aviation experience to our operations. He manages our complex web of private air charters, helicopter transfers, and ground transportation. He personally vets our air and sea partners, ensuring they meet and exceed the safety regulations set by Indonesia’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and AirNav Indonesia. His meticulous planning and crisis management protocols mean that every transfer, from landing at Soekarno-Hatta (CGK) to arriving at a remote island airstrip, is executed with military precision and an unwavering focus on safety.
Dr. Maya Sari
Sustainability & Conservation Lead
Credentials: Ph.D. in Marine Biology (Institut Pertanian Bogor), PADI Divemaster, Certified Coral Reef Restoration Specialist.
Bio: Dr. Sari is the guardian of our environmental ethos. She develops and oversees all our sustainability initiatives, from carbon offsetting programs to partnerships with NGOs like WWF Indonesia and the Coral Triangle Center. Maya works directly with our guides and partners to implement best practices, such as single-use plastic elimination and responsible wildlife interaction protocols, particularly in sensitive ecosystems like Komodo National Park and Raja Ampat.
